How task selection works
SelfPatch starts with information a user provides during onboarding, including goals, constraints and the amount of time available per day. That information is represented for matching against the task pool. Module progression and recent behaviour also affect selection. Tasks that do not fit the user's available time are filtered out, and the selected task card shows a human-readable reason for the choice. More detail is available in the How SelfPatch works section.
Games, questions and the digital twin
Alongside tasks, SelfPatch includes daily game experiences such as calorie estimation, dating cultural works, Turkish/English word puzzles and activity-burn estimation. A question of the day and quote of the day sit beside those activities. Progress also changes a sixteen-stage digital twin; cosmetic items are earned through use rather than sold for money.
Privacy and account access
SelfPatch uses Google sign-in and requests only the basic OpenID scopes openid, email and profile for account identity. The app does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or Contacts. It does not sell user data or share it for advertising.
